Shipping Policy
OALLO is operated by Brand New Style Inc d/b/a OALLO.
OALLO currently accepts U.S. orders only for launch. International orders may be added later after tax, customs, shipping, and insurance setup are reviewed.
Shipping and Delivery
OALLO will ship using a carrier and service level selected in its discretion based on order value and destination.
OALLO may require signature confirmation, adult signature, insured shipping, hold for pickup, identity or address verification, or shipment to a physical address only.
OALLO may refuse shipment to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, or other addresses it considers insecure.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, OALLO will insure shipments for their declared value while in transit.
After an order has shipped, OALLO may be unable to reroute or change the delivery address.
Estimated Timelines
Any production or delivery date provided by OALLO is an estimate only unless OALLO expressly states in writing that a date is guaranteed.
Typical custom production may take approximately 4–6 weeks after final design approval, but timelines may vary based on complexity, revisions, sourcing, production capacity, holidays, shipping, supplier delays, or events outside OALLO’s control.
If OALLO cannot ship within a promised or guaranteed timeframe, OALLO will contact you with a revised estimated shipping date and, where required by law, obtain your consent to the delay or provide the option to cancel and receive a refund for unshipped merchandise.
Package Inspection
You must inspect the package promptly upon delivery and notify OALLO within 48 hours if the package appears tampered with, damaged, incomplete, or missing.
If there is a delivery issue, contact OALLO at hello@oallo.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon documented delivery to the shipping address you provided, including delivery confirmed by carrier scan or signature, except where prohibited by law.
If shipping insurance applies, customers must cooperate with claim documentation and carrier or insurer requirements.
