This Privacy Policy explains how OALLO collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.

By using oallo.com, submitting a Feasibility Review form, contacting OALLO, or purchasing from OALLO, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

OALLO may collect personal information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, shipping location or address, billing information, order information, jewelry preferences, ring size, necklace length, bracelet length, other measurements, budget range, timeline, occasion or story behind the piece, uploaded photos, sketches, screenshots, inspiration links, Pinterest links, Instagram links, other reference materials, messages, emails, form responses, direct messages, or customer service communications.

OALLO may also collect information automatically through the website or service providers, including IP address, device information, browser type, pages visited, referring website, approximate location, cookies or similar tracking technologies, analytics data, submission timestamps, and technical metadata.

How We Use Information

OALLO may use personal information to review custom jewelry inquiries, provide Feasibility Reviews, respond to messages, prepare estimates or quotes, create design concepts, process deposits or payments, fulfill orders, ship products, provide customer support, send order updates, improve products, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Jewelry Story and Inspiration Materials

If you submit a personal story, inspiration image, sketch, reference link, or custom jewelry idea, OALLO uses that information to evaluate your request and communicate with you about your project.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OALLO.

By submitting files, images, text, links, or other materials, you grant OALLO a limited, non-exclusive license to store, review, use, copy, and share those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare designs and quotations, communicate with vendors or production partners involved in your project, and fulfill your order.

OALLO will not intentionally publish your personal story, name, image, custom project details, or submitted materials for advertising, social media, portfolio, or marketing use without your separate permission.

Sensitive Content Warning

Please do not upload government identification documents, financial account information, medical information, biometric data, passwords, private keys, or other sensitive personal information unless OALLO specifically requests it for a necessary purpose.

Payment Information

OALLO does not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

Sharing Information

OALLO may share personal information with service providers and partners who help operate the business, including website hosting providers, form platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, SMS providers, analytics providers, cloud storage providers, customer service tools, fraud-prevention providers, insurers, jewelers, setters, stone suppliers, production partners, repair partners, vendors involved in your project, accountants, legal advisors, insurance providers, compliance professionals, government authorities, or regulatory authorities when required by law.

OALLO does not sell your personal information for money.

If OALLO later uses advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or marketing technologies that may qualify as “sharing” or “selling” under certain privacy laws, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those tools are used.

OALLO may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve user experience, remember preferences, measure marketing performance, and protect against fraud.

Email and SMS Marketing

Transactional messages related to orders, payments, shipping, quotes, or customer service may still be sent.

OALLO uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure. OALLO cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

Data Retention

OALLO keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communication, inquiry follow-up, order fulfillment, warranty, repair or service history, legal and tax records, insurance records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and business operations.

If you do not place an order, OALLO may retain inquiry records and uploads for a reasonable period for follow-up, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. If you place an order, OALLO may retain inquiry materials and order records for a longer period to support fulfillment, warranty, repair history, tax reporting, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations.

Your Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, opt out of certain marketing communications, or ask questions about how personal information is used.

To make a request, contact OALLO at hello@oallo.com. OALLO may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some requests may be limited by legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or order-fulfillment requirements.

California Residents

California residents may have additional privacy rights under California privacy laws. Depending on whether OALLO meets applicable legal thresholds, these rights may include the right to know, delete, correct, or limit certain uses of personal information.

OALLO does not currently sell personal information for money. If OALLO begins using tools that may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under California law, OALLO will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices.

Children’s Privacy

OALLO is not intended for children under 13. OALLO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact OALLO so it can be reviewed and deleted if appropriate.
