By using oallo.com, submitting a Custom Review request, contacting OALLO, subscribing to communications, placing an order, or otherwise providing information to OALLO, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

OALLO’s website and checkout may be powered by Shopify or other ecommerce service providers. Shopify may collect information needed to operate the website, process orders, support checkout, detect fraud, process payments, provide analytics, and help fulfill purchases.

This may include contact information, billing and shipping details, order history, checkout activity, device information, IP address, browser information, payment status, fraud-prevention signals, and transaction-related records.

Shopify and related payment providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms.

4. Information Collected Through Custom Review Forms

OALLO may use third-party form tools, including Google Forms or similar services, to collect Custom Review requests, inquiry details, uploaded images, sketches, inspiration materials, timelines, budgets, and contact information.

Information submitted through a Custom Review form may be used to evaluate feasibility, respond to your inquiry, discuss project direction, prepare design-stage next steps, estimate pricing, and determine whether OALLO can accept the project.

Third-party form providers may process and store information according to their own privacy policies and platform settings.

5. Uploaded Photos, Sketches, and Inspiration Materials

If you submit a personal story, inspiration image, sketch, reference link, screenshot, heirloom image, jewelry photo, or custom jewelry idea, OALLO uses that information to evaluate your request and communicate with you about your project.

You retain ownership of materials you submit to OALLO. By submitting files, images, text, links, or other materials, you grant OALLO a limited, non-exclusive license to store, review, use, copy, and share those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare designs and quotations, communicate with vendors or production partners involved in your project, and fulfill your order.

OALLO will not intentionally publish your personal story, name, image, custom project details, submitted photos, or submitted materials for advertising, social media, portfolio, or marketing use without your separate permission.

6. Information Collected Automatically

OALLO and its service providers may automatically collect information when you visit oallo.com, including IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring website, approximate location, cookie identifiers, analytics data, checkout activity, submission timestamps, and technical metadata.

This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, server logs, fraud-prevention tools, Shopify tools, or similar technologies.

7. How OALLO Uses Information

OALLO does not sell your personal information for money.

OALLO may also send marketing emails or SMS messages if you opt in or where allowed by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting OALLO. You may opt out of SMS marketing by following the instructions provided in the message.

Transactional messages related to orders, payments, shipping, quotes, custom projects, or customer service may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing communications.

12. Sensitive Content Warning

Please do not upload government identification documents, Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information, biometric data, passwords, private keys, or other sensitive personal information unless OALLO specifically requests it for a necessary purpose.

If OALLO needs additional verification information for payment, fraud prevention, shipping security, or legal compliance, OALLO may provide specific instructions.

13. Data Retention

OALLO keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communication, inquiry follow-up, order fulfillment, warranty, repair or service history, legal and tax records, insurance records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, business operations, and compliance obligations.

If you do not place an order, OALLO may retain inquiry records and uploads for a reasonable period for follow-up, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, internal reference, and legal compliance.

If you place an order, OALLO may retain inquiry materials, project records, approvals, measurements, production details, shipping records, and order records for a longer period to support fulfillment, repair history, tax reporting, accounting, insurance, warranty review, payment disputes, and legal obligations.

OALLO uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect personal information. These may include secure service providers, access controls, password protection, limited access to project materials, and commercially reasonable data handling practices.

No online system, transmission method, form platform, ecommerce platform, payment processor, or storage system is completely secure. OALLO cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored online.

15. Your Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, opt out of certain marketing communications, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or ask questions about how personal information is used.
